About Me
My Background:
I was raised on the beautiful Gold Coast by my supportive parents as an only child. While some might view being an only child as a "red flag," I see it as a defining aspect of my character. It instilled in me the ability to entertain myself, embrace independence, & develop qualities like resilience, open-mindedness, drive, & self-sufficiency - traits that have shaped who I am today.
At 15, I faced one of the most challenging chapters of my life: being diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. My recovery journey included hospitalisation in a children's mental health ward & a year of intensive therapy. During this time, I had the privilege of meeting courageous individuals navigating their own battles with mental health. Their stories opened my eyes to the complexities of mental illness & taught me invaluable lessons about empathy, compassion, & the strength it takes to heal.
Since then, I have faced other personal health challenges, including ongoing struggles with acne, living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), & managing the residual effects of disordered eating patterns. These experiences have taught me to approach life with patience, understanding, & a focus on progress rather than perfection.
Through my journey, I have developed a deep passion for helping others navigate their own paths toward wellness & self-discovery. My goal is to use my experiences to support & inspire others, showing them that they are not alone & that every challenge can be a stepping stone to personal growth.
My Specialities & Qualifications:Â
While I am not formally certified in these areas, my knowledge stems from extensive personal research, lived experiences, and a passion for helping others thrive. I pride myself on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your potential and make lasting changes.
I am currently studying the 'Mental Health Short Course' at Hader Institute of Education. This course furthers my professional development in these areas:

Personal Development & Growth:
Life is a journey, & cultivating a mindset that promotes peace, resilience, & growth has been one of my greatest achievements. Through years of self-reflection & life experiences, I’ve learned how to build a calm, balanced, & peaceful mind. This has enabled me to approach challenges with a level head & provide steady support to those around me.
One of the lessons I cherish most is understanding that everyone carries struggles unseen by others. This perspective has taught me the value of empathy, patience, & a non-judgmental attitude. I’m passionate about helping others develop these skills, shifting their perspective, & transforming how they see the world. By focusing on gratitude, reframing negative situations, & finding strength in adversity, I can guide you toward a more positive and purposeful outlook on life.

Drawing from my personal experiences & a deep understanding of the challenges life throws our way, I offer empathetic support and strategies to help you build resilience, manage stress, and improve overall well-being.
Nutrition & Macro Targets:
I specialise in guiding individuals to understand and optimise their nutritional habits, helping them build a sustainable & healthy relationship with food. From setting realistic macro targets to crafting balanced meal plans, I simplify the journey without compromising health. My personal experience with calorie counting, intuitive eating, & overcoming challenges related to disordered eating has given me a deep, dynamic understanding of nutrition - not just from a technical standpoint, but from an emotional and psychological one as well. This allows me to create personalised, practical nutritional programs that align with each individual’s unique needs, lifestyle, & mindset.Â
Gym & Weight Lifting:
With years of personal experience in strength training & fitness, I have developed a deep understanding of weightlifting, exercise programming, & the importance of proper form. My knowledge extends beyond just lifting weights - I understand how different training styles impact the body & how to strategically apply them to help individuals achieve their specific goals. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve muscle definition, enhance overall fitness, or simply move more efficiently in your daily life, I create customised routines that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Having spent most of my life in retail, I’ve witnessed firsthand how people struggle, how they search for someone to listen, and how often I became that person—a safe space for their thoughts and worries.
